If you are using a MAC or APPLE computer you cannot play the videos unless you download a plugin (that is free) called Flip4Mac.
Here is the solution:
Go to Google - Type in Flip4Mac to show the plugin - Download the plugin - Install the plugin
After you install the plugin your MAC or Apple computer will know to run this plugin when you try to play a .wmv or .avi video.
All of the videos on my website are Windows based WMV files so you need the Flip4Mac plugin to play them.
